About Us

The Money Manager System was developed by Brooks Armored Car

Brooks Armored Car developed The Money Manager System and soon found themselves being one of the first companies to offer computerized cash solutions to the Financial Services Industry. In the mid 1980s, BAC forged its first licensing agreement for The Money Manager with legacy Bank of America. With the growth of the business, it became Brooks Data Services in the early 1990s. In 1996, Brooks Armored Car and Armored Transport merged to become AT Systems, and in 2000 Brooks Data Services became AT Systems Integrated Information Solutions (ATSIIS). The Brooks family sold their portion of the business in 2001. In 2003, ATSIIS was sold to a Texas company that changed its name to Currency Technics + Metrics (CTM) and moved it to Irving, Texas. In 2008, Mr. Brooks repurchased the company and relocated it to Wilmington, Delaware.

Four key managers have remained involved with Money Manager since its inception. They bring a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to address and anticipate customer needs, which is why several large industry players have been with CTM for over 20 yrs.

William F. Brooks Jr. - President and Owner

Mr. Brooks has been a driving force in the Cash Logistic Industry for the past 36 years. He purchased and relocated Currency Technics + Metrics back to Delaware in May of 2008, with the current focus of developing new software and a web based product to enhance The Money Manager System, which he original designed and developed.

Prior to his acquisition of CTM, he was Executive Vice President at AT Systems, Inc. where his responsibilities included new product development, sales management, and contract negotiation, reporting to the CEO. Prior to the AT Systems Inc. acquisition of Brooks Armored Car Service, where Mr. Brooks was President, he grew the family business from a $4M Delaware based armored car company to a $45M armored car, cash processing, and technology focused company covering the Northeastern United States. Brooks Armored Car was the largest outsourced provider of cash processing services in the United States and was nationally recognized for leading edge cash technology development, one product being The Money Manager which was licensed to many of the largest banks in the United States as well as banks and cash logistics providers in Canada and Australia.

Mr. Brooks attended Lehigh University and holds three patents for reconciling cash transactions and Smart Safe Technology.
