Web Order Module

The Web Order module is designed to replicate the standard functionality of today’s toll-free telephone based interactive systems on an internet enabled platform that delivers both superior data integration and a substantially lower cost of operation.

The Web Order Module is presented as a generic application which can be graphically branded to any Bank or third-party provider. The module can be run on virtually any standards-based web-server and application-server technology allowing for ease of integration and maintenance within existing corporate IT structures.

The Web Order Module also has optional functionality built into the basic module that will allow the service provider the opportunity to gather additional revenue. It is assumed that the service provider will apply a basic subscription or transaction based model to the basic module. However the basic module is priced such that a service provider can choose to offer the basic module at no charge.

The Web Order Module can be installed and available for both your branches and your retail customers while at the same time being directly linked to your current vault management system. Basic communication between the Web Order Module and your VMS will reduce the in-vault fulfillment effort considerably. Data entry and transcription errors are virtually eliminated making the Web Order Module the most accurate order system available.
