• Unified meeting records: CTM logs webinars, meetings, user info, recordings, and account details from MS Teams, giving you a complete view of your team’s activity. Meetings appear as video events within your CTM dashboard.
• Extract meeting insights with automated transcription and AI summaries: By activating CTM’s AskAI summaries and automated transcription features, meeting recordings provide deeper insights, helping you understand what’s working and where to improve.
• Flexible storage options: Choose which files to save and store within CTM’s video activity logs. Storage fees apply per minute (1.5 cents), so you can balance cost and retention needs.
• Privacy and access controls: Set a Privacy Safe Phrase, a case‑sensitive phrase that, when included in a meeting title, prevents CTM from tracking that meeting. Exclude specific employees from seeing meeting titles in CTM by adding them to the Agent Exclusion list.
