When someone calls or completes a form after clicking your Reddit ad, CTM can pass that conversion event to Reddit, so you always know which campaigns are driving results. With conversion data flowing into Reddit’s reporting, marketers can optimize budgets and audiences with greater confidence.
What you can do with the Reddit Ads integration
- Capture Reddit click identifiers (rdt_cid) from inbound traffic: When someone clicks your Reddit ad and later calls or submits a form, CTM captures the click ID for precise offline attribution. If a click ID isn’t available, CTM can fall back to hashed identifiers like email or phone to help Reddit match the conversion.
- Optimize your Reddit campaigns by sending conversion events from CTM to Reddit using Triggers: Configure a trigger in your CTM workflow to fire when a call, form or text message meets your conditions. The trigger pushes conversion data back to Reddit Ads, including event type (e.g., lead or purchase) and value. Specify your Ad Account ID and Reddit Pixel ID, or let CTM look up the pixel based on the account ID. These details improve match rates and give Reddit more data to optimize your campaigns.
